Own vehicle is essential as you will be driving to appointments to show buyers properties for sale. Must be based in southern suburbs (anywhere from Rondebosch down to Muizenberg).

The candidate will be required to work some evenings and weekends in order to complete buyer viewings and seller property valuations which generally happen after normal working hrs as that’s when most buyers/sellers are available. Great opportunity to shadow and assist the principal estate agent with the duties below involved in selling properties in Southern Suburbs. Amazing opportunity.

Duties: Phone potential property owners interested in selling their properties, qualify them over the phone with a series of questions to establish how serious they are about selling their property. Arrange for marketing pictures to be taken of properties. Inspect the property and fill in property report.

Arrange for buyers to view properties for sale. Complete buyer viewings at properties for sale. Assisting estate agent with all admin tasks involved in selling properties.

Requirements: 1 years sales experience - Real Estate industry. Excellent time management. Strong negotiating skill. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word. Passionate about property sales.
