Office and Warehouse Assistant (Non-EE) – CPT, Brackenfell, Northern Suburbs. An established transport Company requires a hard-working entry-level Matriculant/ Graduate with office administration and warehouse assistant duties. The successful candidate will be based at our branch in Cape Town (Northern suburbs) and will report directly to the Branch Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities: As Assistant to the Branch Manager of our Cape Town branch, this role will assist with the following operational duties: management & quality control of all office admin & warehouse operations management of general telephonic and email queries accurate inventory management of shipment and storage of freight supervision of employees in the warehouses.  Ensuring a neat and organised work environment, complying to health & safety standards. Local & surrounds office driver as and when required. Ad hoc responsibilities as and when required.

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12/ equivalent (a relevant tertiary qualification beneficial). No / minimal work experience (entry-level position). Driver's license (Code 10/ 14 beneficial). Own reliable transport (or full-proof plan to get to work & back). Proficient verbal & written communication skills in Afrikaans & English. Excellent administration & organisation skills. Proficient Microsoft Office & computer literacy skills.

Willing to work one Saturday a month. Ideally reside in Cape Town (northern suburbs), or willing to relocate. Must have contactable references, NO job hoppers with be considered. Package & Remuneration R12000 - R14000 p/m CTC
