Nursing Assistant, Stellenbosch, Cape Winelands. Well known hospital based in Stellenbosch in need of Nursing Assistants to tend to patients in the General and Covid Wards.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 – 2 years experience with the following:

Responsibility: Caring, monitoring and observing of patients. Reporting any incidents. Assisting of Professional Nurses with their daily planning. Minor Dressings. Documentation to be kept up to date and excellent record keeping. Control of stock and equipment in the ward. Will function under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.

Qualification: Registered with the South African Nursing Council. Proof of Professional Indemnity. Compliance with the SANC Code. Must be able to work shifts. Contract position that could be extended and gradually become permanent.
