Key Areas of Responsibility: Execute a high level of front line service delivery and engagement with clients, internal staff and event coordinators through high energy levels and dynamism. Keep track of regular visitors and develop a customized experience based on individual needs.

Foster and maintain a team service and client experience focused culture. Meet and greet visitors and clients when they enter our office. Provide results for doctors rooms that call in Manage incompletes. Assist with daily stock. Answer switchboard.

Qualifications and Experience: Matric essential, Tertiary qualification advantageous. Previous client facing experience within the medical industry highly advantageous. Proficient in English. Computer Literate. Strong client focus. Excellent organisation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, diplomatic and tactful. Excellent time management skills.
