Looking for PA for rental portfolio, Other, Cape Town. Looking for PA to assist with our rental portfolio.
Tasks: assist with rental collection, manage and maintain properties ( manage contractor's to get units ready for rentals ), advertise for new tenants and do checks, perform weekly property checks.
Looking for a honest and hard working person , must have a drivers license. Must have at least one year experience in the rental market. Basic salary R 6000.00 pm with incentives up to R 11 000.00 pm.
