General Maintenance Worker, Phoenix, North Suburbs. My client, a local maintenance company, is seeking the services of a general maintenance person to assist with running and performing maintenance contracts. The ideal person will be an all-rounder with maintenance - Painting, Tiling, Cementing, General Maintenance etc. Minimum of 3 years of experience in general maintenance as listed above. Available to start immediately. The candidate must be proficient enough to run a project on his own. Must have a valid drivers licence as my client will be providing a company vehicle. Must have a clear criminal record - checks will be done.

Salary is market related and negotiable based on skills and experience.
