Bond Consultant, Other, Northern Suburbs. This is a property investment house providing various services around investment.

We are looking for a strong mature bond consultant, who can work under pressure, with at least 3 years work experience dedicated to this field. This is initially work from home so you should have a laptop and a good internet connection at home.

We want someone who after a little training can jump in the deep end and swim, so you need relevant experience, but we do not want someone from the banking fraternity. Any other bond environment is preferred.

Responsibility: This is a face to face role where you will chat to investors daily. Complete application forms and capture data. Follow up with banks. Decline applications. Give regular feedback to clients. Ensure proper signing of all documents. Ad hoc bond and admin duties. Excel knowledge is essential. English and Afrikaans is essential. You need to have been in the work space for at least 12 years minimum - any environment
