HR Generalist- North West Region, Other North West, North West.

HR Generalists Required: We have positions to fill in the following areas: Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Free State, North West. The successful candidate should posses an HR Diploma/Degree or is currently studying towards one. The candidate should also be well acquainted with the current labor laws and other applicable laws pertaining to compliance and  labour related issues within South Africa.

Provide payroll support and advice to clients. Plan, implement and manage Training & Development within the workplace. Ensure that the business is registered with the applicable SETA. Assist with creating, maintaining, and submitting WSP/ATR’s to the relevant SETA’s.

Implement applicable Performance Management initiatives within the workplace. Provide assistance with claiming for  SDL - SETA/ETI/Income. Tax and any other incentives which the company may benefit from. Provide Recruitment & Selection assistance along with applicable induction programs. Provide Industrial Relations and Management Advice and support.

Conduct Investigations, Disciplinary hearings & offer CCMA. Representation when necessary. Provide assistance ensuring legislative compliance at all times. Provide Employment Equity (EEA) / Occupational Health & Safety / BBBEE Support.

Provide assistance and compliance pertaining to COID, Provide counselling for staff as and when required. Assist with events planning & management such as: Team Buildings, Year End Functions etc. Salary: R11000 per month

Medical Insurance provided by the company Candidate must have their own vehicle-Travel Allowance will be provided. Cellphone allowance provided.
