Stock Controller - Ottery, Cape Town, Ottery, Southern Suburbs. Company Name: Gulf Contract Labour Hire. Stock Controller. WAREHOUSE OTTERY. Supply Chain. Duties include but are not limited to Responsible for Lean on time in full (OTIF) picking of materials coming in and out of Liquids with zero downtime.

Correct storage of materials inside and outside factory. Ensure the smooth running of the materials and related activities are achieved at the required quality levels and within the agreed and budgeted timeframe. Receiving, storage and inventory management of all picked goods.

Ensure the undisrupted, punctual and safe picking processes pertaining to picking and returning of materials and consumables. Responsible to ensure that the Material Controlling of materials and consumables are in alignment with the production plan of as determined by the Planner.

Continuously support and prescribe to cGMP within Anderson Lid Company. Making use of the Traksys system for picking, returns and inventory. Materials Controller must ensure that all materials and consumables are available on time and in full (OTIF) in advance in picking area by communicating with store men. Notify SC in advance whenever materials are needed in production.

Actively manage material in factory in conjunction with production operators. Manage and supply reasons for variances in materials ASAP. Report shortages of material to the Warehouse Supervisor. Ensure that raw materials and consumables are well pick in advance in the picking area in the warehouse.

Sign off that all materials are in good condition and quantity in full. Ensure all materials are identified with an ID document with description and quantity. Ensure that the correct process is followed when returning materials to SC and closing of jobs. Conduct periodic cycle counts, and stock take as set out by Supply Chain and provide reasons for variances to Finance. Material controller may from time to time be requested to assist with duties which are reasonable and within scope of employment.

Core Technical Delivery. Ensure material control is effective and in accordance with cGMP and cGWP. Evaluate and ensure that material control capacities meet business needs at the required levels. Manage the storage and movement of all picked raw materials and consumables for production.
