Personal Assistant needed for LM Tutoring, Kraaifontein, Northern Suburbs. Company Name: LM TUTORING. LM Tutoring is looking for the perfect personal assistant to join the director and assist her in her daily admin tasks.

Skills needed: Highly organized. Energetic but focused, with a positive attitude. Reliable, honest and trustworthy. A fast learner and have great attention to detail. Have excellent grammar and spelling skills in Afrikaans AND English. Must be able to work independently / have common sense. Great at understanding and following instructions from a general list. Communicative: Asks questions when something is unclear.

Roles and responsibilities would include, but not limited to: Assist director with her daily tasks such as making coffee/tea, reminders of lessons or assessments coming up etc. Filing / admin tasks - filing expenses and keeping it up to date on a bi-weekly basis. Proof reading of letters/emails to parents and proof reading educational book manuscripts. Any other general admin task including printing, laminating, and cutting of educational resources at the office.

Daily light cleaning of office (sweep/vacuum and sanitize) (52m2) at the end of the day (deep cleaning will be done 2 to 3 times per month by an external cleaning company). Daily logging of hours worked, and tasks completed during the day. Working hours will be Part-time Monday - Saturdays from 10:00 - 14:00/15:00 with 1 weekday OFF per week. (4 hours per day, only 5 days per week).

Hours are flexible and negotiable. Work to be done at our office: Joubert Street, Windsor Park Estate, Kraaifontein
