HR Generalist / Administrator, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. Company Name: Automotive. An automotive company is urgently looking for a qualified and experienced HR Generalist / Administrator. This position is available in our Port Elizabeth Plant.

The purpose of this Position: To help the Company achieve its objectives by providing administrative HR clerical and payroll services that are required by the business ensuring that these activities and processes are legally compliant. To provide this HR support to ALL employees in the business.

Major Job Outputs: Assist with Recruitment and Selection - requests to agents, record keeping, interview arrangements. also, the recruitment of MIBCO positions. Engagements and terminations of employees - all paperwork, files, inductions, testing & criminal checks. Skills Development matters - accurate record keeping and all SDF associated roles. Monitoring of the WSP execution. Training Arrangements and Administration.

EE Tracking and Reports. Clocking system control. Prepare Monthly Payroll - Create Payroll SOP that will be easy to adopt. Be able to facilitate Payroll and export Sage VIP. Do Temp worker payroll each week and Keep accurate records. Prepare accurate Payroll Reports on monthly basis. Attend to Pay queries, Leave Control and Tracking. Helping Finance with Audits. SARS returns and other monthly essential payments. Execute all the Administration functions of the department with the assistance of the HR Clerk - record keeping, tidiness, files, etc. Execute all agreed HR projects, suggest improvements and / or carry out ad hoc assignments.

Requirements and Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related qualification. Sage VIP Qualification essential and necessity. Computer Literacy, especially proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Be able to work independently and without supervision. 3 - 5 years experience running an Organisation's Payroll System. MIBCO Knowledge will be an added advantage. Ability to work in a team environment. Sound communication skills (spoken and Written) Clear criminal and Credit checks.
