Private Assistant, Sandton, Johannesburg. Private Personal Assistant. Manage all day to day activities and schedules of the home owner; Supervise house staff , external maintenance/service companies; Prepare and arrange all approved travels, restaurants bookings, dinners, outings for both business and private for the entire household etc; Attend to appointments ; Admin (filing, recon, prepare presentations, type letters, social media management) ; Run errands e.g. Shopping, collections of mail/letters , dry clean, courier, shopping, do all pickups and collections, groceries, arrange kids parties and outings, ensure that the household is intact, do all  ad-hoc duties when required etc.

Must have grade 12, higher certificates, min 3 yrs exp in similar post, Ms Word and IOS (Mac) , SA citizen, valid drivers license ,own a car adv. Must be young ,well groomed, trustworthy, hardworking, reliable, committed, excellent communication skills (fluent in English), be prepared to work flexible fluctuating hours and sometimes be on call, able to travel in and out of the province when required to do so. Must love being a Private Personal Assistant with no criminal record .This is not a senior position. Sandton, Salary negotiable.
