Looking for Spa Manager, to direct and manage front desk operations. Provide strategic leadership to maximize the revenue and control costs of the spa operations.

Achieve monthly budget goals and new business target.

Identify, evaluate, and develop strategies to enhance revenues, increase profitability and client satisfaction.

To develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain standards of quality and performance in compliance with company policies.

Maintain and manage high level of customer service and ensure all team members uphold and maintain brand standards.

Always ensure effective operations including answering phone calls, managing booking appointments, maintaining calendars, cleanliness, and sanitization of the areas, etc.

Responsible for overall inventory management of linen, administrative supplies, and spa/salon amenities.

Prepare staff schedule according to the business, payroll budget guidelines and productivity requirements.

Provide training to the staff to ensure efficient, courteous and professional services to the customer and train to up-sell products and services.

Ensure front desk staff are aware of all discount rates, special packages, products, services, and general information.

Evaluate and monitor staff’s performance to manage their growth and development in terms of performance.

Comply with company’s standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient spa operations.

Address errors, complaints, share the customer feedback and ensure proper measures are taken to improve service.

Assist with payroll functions such as approving hours and reviewing commissions.

Maintain high level of confidentiality of the information provided by the customers.

Prepare reports as and when required.
