We are looking for a bright individual seeking to expand his/her knowledge and expertise in web development. This position is aimed towards a self-starter with strong technical and creative tendencies who has great potential to expand with the business. Although significant web development experience is not required, the ideal candidate must be capable of quickly learning and mastering key concepts.

Key Responsibilities: Producing attractive and effective designs for all media. Website design, emailers, Google banner ads, Gifs, basic graphics for social media, newsletters, corporate identities, banners and the design of other digital artwork, etc.

Keeping abreast of industry developments and trends in digital marketing and design. Liaising effectively with team members. Creating websites using standard HTML/CSS practices. Working closely with web designers and programmers to produce the website. Constant communication with other colleagues in the business to develop and deploy their content – and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe. Researching different software programs, maintaining software documentation. Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down.

Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built. Liaising effectively with team members. Be open to growing with the busy.

Minimum Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience, proficient in HTML, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, and Photoshop), CSS & WordPress. Experience in digital media advantageous.  Have an understanding of brand building advantageous. Strong layout and typographic skills. Attention to detail. Accuracy, Able to work under pressure, Good copywriting/proofreading skills would be beneficial, Web design. Basic PHP knowledge advantageous. Digital design, Adobe: XD, Illustrator & Photoshop, A creative portfolio demonstrating previous web/digital work.
