Experienced Credit Controller Wanted, Muizenberg, Southern Peninsula. Company Name: Flash Components. We’re a leading Lighting import and distribution company situated in Capricorn Business Park, Muizenberg looking for an experienced credit controller to join our incredible Accounts-Receivable team. The suitable candidate will be someone who meets the following requirements and will positively contribute to the team:

Skills & Abilities: Is organized and assertive. Has ability to work in a team and individually. Has ability to make sound decisions. Has excellent written and verbal communication. Has excellent attention to detail. Is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Has a good head for numbers. Is computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel). Has matriculated. Has 5-10 years Credit Controller experience. Added advantage is also fully conversant with Credit Guarantee Insurance.

Main Duties: Full credit control function. Manage a portfolio of customer accounts. Systematic and prompt follow up of outstanding debt. Reconciliation of accounts (will be tested). Handling Cash flow on Excel. Attending to customer queries. Opening of new accounts and managing customer Master Data on existing accounts. Allocation and processing of journals. Ad hoc duties (if/when required).
