The Youth Development Fundraising Administrator will perform a key role in building the organizations fundraising capacities, with a focus on donor acquisition and retention. They will be responsible for managing a variety of development activities, including fundraising campaigns, special events, corporate partnerships, and donor stewardship.

Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies related to fundraising and donor relations. Manage cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activities with prospective and current donors. Research and cultivate potential donors, including developing and delivering presentations. Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from current and new donors.

Plan, manage, execute and evaluate multi-channel individual giving campaigns and digital fundraising campaigns, including monthly recurring giving campaigns, Giving Tuesday, GiveBIG, targeted appeals and end-of-year campaigns. Plan, develop and coordinate donor events, including the annual Celebration of Youth Luncheon, monthly Lunch and Learns, and other cultivation and stewardship events.

Manage a corporate partnership program to develop, maintain, and grow corporate relationships and sponsorships. Systemize all donor cultivation activities and oversee portfolio management for self, Development Director, and CEO.

Prepare proposals, solicitation letters and other cultivation and stewardship materials for prospects and donors. Serve as a liaison to Board volunteers conducting fundraising activities. Monitor fundraising progress and regularly evaluate and report on results.

Job Requirements: A. Education and Experience. A Collage or University Diploma in business, communications, marketing, public relations or a related field and/or a combination of equivalent work experience is required. Highly Computer Skilled (powerpoint, word, excel, internet, outlook). Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in fundraising and youth development.

Experience successfully managing fundraising campaigns and events. Experience with donor databases and online fundraising tools. Traceable References.
