We are looking for a procurement assistant that will be able to assist our sales and/or procurement team with their day to day operations to support our growth.
About you: Fully proficient in English. Very strong willingness to learn. High attention to detail. Neat and organized work ethic (strong with admin). Good written and verbal communication. Deadline driven. Team player. Comfortable working with Excel sheets. Any image-editing skills will be a plus.
Responsibilities Include: Loading our new and exciting products onto our stock management system (called Unleashed). Assist sales with listing products on to various online retail platforms (we’ll show you the ropes). Taking images of products for loading purposes. Assisting procurement with shipment planning or stock management tasks. Assist with the placement of purchase orders with our suppliers.
