Administrative tasks and filing. Drafting of resolutions. Drafting and sending invoices as well as following up on payments. Following up on outstanding debit order and all debit orders missed. Scheduling of annual trustee meetings. Remind clients of annual returns due. Following up on signed trust and company documents. Drafting of share certificates and share registers. Booking consultations.
