Private Assistant, Sandton, Johannesburg. Private Assistant (to an Individual). Manage all activities and schedules for work and family; Supervise house staff; deal with maintenance service providers; Arrange travels, restaurants bookings, dinners, outings for the household etc; Attend to appointments; Admin (filing, recon, prepare presentations, type letters, social media management); Run errands e.g. Shopping, collections of mail/ letters , dry clean, courier, shopping, do all pick ups and collections, groceries, arrange kids parties and outings, ensure that the household is intact, do all ad-hoc duties as and when required to do so etc. Must have grade 12, higher certificates, min 3 yrs exp in similar post, Ms Word and IOS (Mac) ,SA citizen, no criminal record, valid drivers license , own a car ess. Must be young ,well groomed, trustworthy, hardworking, proactive, excellent communication skills (fluent in English), be prepared to work flexible fluctuating hours and be on call, able to travel in and out of the province when required to do so.
