The main function of a Timekeeper/Security is to provide and maintain a safe and secure environment and preserve and protect the assets

Key Responsibilities and Duties: Protect and secure the company people and assets from assault, theft, fire and other safety issues by conducting regular patrolling around the premises, monitoring of manpower and material movement, prevent intrusion, report damage, hazards and breaches of security protocols.

Provide a visible presence that enforces safety and security in the main gate, entrances and factory areas. Monitor and control entrance and departure of employees and visitors according to prescribed protocol.

Detect and confront unauthorized persons and violators of security procedures and report rule infractions and violations. Contact relevant authorities to deal with unlawful or irregular activities.

Implement the prescribed emergency plan in case of emergency. Respond to alarms, emergencies and attend employee health emergency situation. Monitor and provide daily reports about employees’ attendance, inbound and outbound materials and vehicles, visitors entry and safety and health related issues. Provide administrative assistance to all departments.
