Requirement: Basic education is preferred.

• Ability to read, write and perform mathematical operations.

• Good knowledge about Ms Excel.

• Experience using JDE is an added advantage.

• Min 1 year experience in the same field is preferred.

Job Description: Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.

• Alert Purchase/Procurement department for any additional items

• Fills supply requisitions; assists buyer to order adequate merchandise and supplies; delivers orders to the factory

• Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.

• Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.

• Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.

• Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs property.

• Keep a close eye on Re-order level of all RM /PM

• Keep track of freshness of 6 Months or one third of shelf life and issue alert at least prior to expiry.

• Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time. Follow the instruction as per company policy and SOPS

• Knowledge of food processing machines and spare parts is an added advantage.

Salary: AED 2000 – AED 2300
