Food service supervisor (NOC: 6212)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Salary: $13.20 Hourly for 40 hours per week Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Location Edson, Alberta (2 vacancies ) Skill Requirements:
Education: Not required
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, Not required Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Work Setting: Food service establishment
Supervisory Experience: Food service counter attendants and food preparers
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Supervise and check assembly of trays
Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Walking
