Main Duties:
Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of a public or private sector establishment
Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
Conduct assessments and propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures in areas such as Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) system development, coordination and implementation for major infrastructure projects
Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and quality assurance systems in accordance with ISO 9001 standards
Plan the re-organization of the operations of an establishment
Supervise support staff
Lead the implementation and administration of Quality Management Systems for projects at owner, concessionaire, design builder and contractor levels depending of the project scope and contract conditions
Employment Requirements:
15 years Construction experience in major civil works infrastructure projects
Trained and or certified IRCA Lead Auditor for Quality, or possesses other current related quality management certifications.
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Knowledge of road building, structural steel fabrication and reinforced concrete construction required.
