Customer Service Import Export Administrator Manufacturing - R Negotiable - Ottery, Cape Town, Other, Southern Suburbs.

Excellent opportunity to join this highly successful manufacturing company based in Ottery, Cape Town.  5 Years experience in manufacturing with solid administration experience in logistics/imports/exports and basic supply chain is essential to this position. This position is ideally suited to a lady.

Responsibilities will include: Receiving client orders and implementing Sales Order entry and customer sales order confirmations

Preparing of export files and documentation

Coordinating orders with warehouse to arrange shipments

Tracking products to final destinations for Imports and,  Exports liaising with clients on product delivery

Preparing of freight schedules and requisitions

Logistics of the Customer Care function

Good Microsoft Office with experience in Syspro or similar will be beneficial.
