Fieldworkers & District Supervisors, Caledon, Overberg, Company Name: ExecuThink CC. We are looking to employ at least 56 literate people for one week, in several municipalities in the Overberg district, to conduct a week-long customer satisfaction survey at provincial health facilities. 
Four field supervisors will also be required. The fieldworkers will speak either  English, Afrikaans and isiXhosa ; if you speak two or three of these languages, your chances of recruitment increase. We will need people in each of the following sub districts, at the following facilities:
Theewaterskloof Sub District, Caledon Hospital, Grabouw, CHC, Villiersdorp, Clinic, Caledon Clinic, Riviersonderend Clinic, Botrivier Clinic, Genadendal Clinic, OVERSTRAND Sub District, Hermanus Hospital, Hermanus , CDC, Gansbaai Clinic, Kleinmond Clinic, Hawston Clinic, Stanford Clinic, Cape, AUGULHAS Sub District, Otto Du Plessis Hospital , Bredasdorp Clinic, Napier Clinic, Struisbaai Clinic, Swellendam, Sub District, Swellendam,  Hospital , Barrydale Clinic, Railton Clinic, Buffeljagsrivier Clinic, Swellendam Clinic, Suurbraak, Clinic.
An additional four people may also be required to supervise the data collection in each municipality, at the hospitals and clinics.
To qualify as a fieldworker: Be available during the last three weeks of January. Have completed matric successfully. Be literate, a competent reader, with a neat hand-writing. Have access to a RELIABLE smart phone which can accommodate the Zoom app and WhatsApp. Have reliable MOBILE data during the project. Able to learn how to input data into the online system, from your smart phone. Be a responsible, reliable, dependable employee. Follow instructions and apply them, within the environment provided. Be prepared to report to the project management team as required.
We have not yet calculated the remuneration but it will be fair, for the level of work required.
