Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Driver's Licence (Class 1 or A), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement, Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR) Certificate, Commercial Driver Registration Program (CDRP) Card
Experience: No experience
Type of Trucking and Equipment: Tractor-trailer
Type of Travel: Short-haul, Long-haul, International
Documentation Knowledge: Driver logbook, Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), Trans-border documentation
Communication Equipment Experience: Satellite tracking (GPS) equipment
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Specific Skills: Plan travel schedules and routes, Use atlases and other trip planning aids, Receive and relay information to central dispatcher
Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract), Drug test
Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel cross-border, Willing to travel overnight, Valid driver's licence
