Marketing and Communication Coordinator - Hospital Experience, Other, Pretoria / Tshwane. A vacancy exists for a Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator, based in a Private Hospital, reporting to the Hospital Manager. The primary responsibility of the position is to deliver a marketing and communications service of uncompromising quality to all of the hospital's key stakeholders.
Responsibility Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate. A tertiary marketing, public relations or communication qualification as well as proven management ability and minimum three years’ hospital experience. Furthermore, excellent interpersonal skills are critical, as productive relationships with stakeholders are important. Other competencies required are analytical thinking, strategy delivery, performance through people, attention to detail, excellent time management skills, Must be able to work under pressure in a continuously changing environment.
Must have computer literacy (Word, Power Point and advanced Excel e.g. pivot tables). Must be able to work independently and use initiative to achieve set objectives. Ability to process, analyze and interpret relevant statistics. A proven track record in copywriting will be advantageous. Ability to work shifts according to the operational requirements of the hospital.
Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage. Relevant experience and technical skills to meet the critical outputs. Strong customer orientation, team player, very energetic and well organized. Fulltime: Medical Aid, Pension, 13th Cheque.
