Injection Moulding Head Technician, Johannesburg South, Johannesburg. An Injection/Blow Moulding Company based in Booysens, Johannesburg, wishes to employ a Head Injection Moulding Technician. The company specialises in the manufacture (Injection and Blow Moulding) of Plastic Household Products.
Responsibilities: Management of the entire manufacturing process of the factory. Effective and Timeous technical (Electrical and Mechanical) problem solving and trouble shooting as required during production. Should be Proficient in all Electrical and Mechanical technical areas. Ensure effective functioning of Machines in terms of productivity, quality and efficiency. Effective Management of Operators, Technicians and Setters. Record Keeping of all functions within the factory. Min 5 years experience in injection.
Moulding Environment. Min 3 Years Head Technician Experience. Servo Machines and Thin wall product manufacturing an advantage. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Repairs and Servicing of Moulds. Tool Making will be a plus. Own Transport.
