Responsibilities: Call logging via mail & telephone. Seeing calls through from logging stage to resolution stage. Generating, sending and following up on quotations. Collecting monthly meter readings. Opening and closing jobcards. Dispatching technicians. Efficient time management. Administrative project managing for installations. Building customer relations. General office duties. Salary: R8000
