Job Vacancy - Marketing Supervisor, Gansbaai, Overberg. Marketing Supervisor. A well-established company with operations in Hermanus and Gansbaai is looking for a Marketing Supervisor to undertake the following responsibilities; Plan, prepare and implement marketing campaigns. Organise a calendar of marketing events, such as promotions, exhibitions, product launches, etc. Represent the company at events to advance its public image and products. Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach the target market. 
Produce marketing materials for use in different channels such Facebook, Instagram, newspapers and other marketing platforms. Oversee and update company website and other marketing platforms. Coordinate with company line managers and outside agencies to produce marketing materials that promote company image and its products. Monitor marketing and sales performance, prepare measurement reports and adjust marketing strategies when necessary.
Assist line managers in product display/merchandise on company premises. Coordinate with line managers to produce and implement the best marketing strategies to advance the image of the company and its products.
Requirements: Grade 12 minimum qualification. A marketing qualification will be an added advantage. Must be able to operate Photoshop and Illustrator or similar programmes. Proven experience and knowledge in print and electronic media marketing is required. Thorough knowledge and skills in social media marketing. Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English plus other Western Cape languages.
