Job Requirements: A minimum of a 3-year degree in the discipline associated with the role. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in student tutoring or coaching at a recognised educational institution. A track record of effective business communication with internal and external customers, servicing customer needs and effective resolution of issues and queries. Demonstrable skills using Internet-based technologies e.g. social media as well as experience working with Microsoft Office products or equivalent.
