We are looking for someone that stays within a reasonable distance of the establishment. Does not have children, or if you do that there is adequate support due to the kind of hours one works. The position is for a House r Supervisory Position Lodge and Backpacker, Guest House. You will be responsible for all parts related to the care of the operation.
At all times one has to be able to cover the different needs of the business if and when these needs arise, this is over and above their daily responsibilities. Are you logical, good at problem solving, consistent, and goal achievable?
You need to have good people skills, be disciplined and consistent, have a good grasp of the English language and able to speak clearly and precisely. To be able to work with staff and customer relations, have adequate selling abilities. To be able to work on a computer using Microsoft office word and excel. You do not take drugs or have a drinking issue.
Salary is dependent on skills, We are offering a starting Salary of between R2500 and R3000 a month based into hourly Rate as a basic, plus incentives. Must have had cleaning supervisory position before, understand how a hotel works, and should be treated.
