Our Employee Benefits / FSP client in Cape Town is looking for an Employee Benefits Consultant with 2-3 years plus EB consulting or related EB experience. You must be FAIS Accredited with a relevant degree(advantageous).
Salary Negotiable plus benefits – This is an EE position.
Min Requirements: Matric and relevant University degree (advantageous). FAIS accredited 2-3 Years plus Employee Benefits Consulting or related Employee Benefits experience. Be an Employee Benefits Associate for at least 2 years. Assist the Senior Employee Benefits Consultant. Post EB or relevant qualification an advantage. Proficiency in Ms Excel, MS word and powerpoint. Own transport and drivers’ license.
Responsibilities: Assist with the servicing, advising, and managing of clients’ portfolios using established systems and servicing protocols. Conduct New Business and leads – generate leads. Cold Calling New Business. Consulting to the specific needs and requirements of these clients. Working with the local and national team in expanding the business stand alone client base and marketing its umbrella and related EB solutions to prospective employers and their employees.
