The ideal candidate should be Computer Literate and be able to process large volumes of data on a daily basis.

Responsibility: Responsible for reviewing expenses. Liaising directly with applicable DC’s and suppliers. Ensuring that approval is received from DC managers for all expenses. Capturing expenses into BPM timeously on a daily basis. Prepare tracking schedule for each cost centre per week. Report to DC managers on controllable and uncontrollable expenses Large volumes of data will need to be analysed therefore Excel skills will be required.
Requirements: Experience: Other, English, Highly detail oriented, Strong numeracy skills. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives. Ability to work productively in a highly pressurized environment. Excellent interpersonal; communication; and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Ability to meet assigned deadlines. Must be able to communicate in English. Able and willing to deliver friendly courteous; and prompt customer service. Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
