SPA Operations Manager, Cape Town, South Africa. A leading hotel & spa property in Cape Town are seeking to appoint an experienced Spa Ops Manager with the relevant qualifications and industry experience. This is NOT an entry level managerial role, and only candidates with proven managerial experience in either Spa, Hotel Spa or Cruise Ship Spa will be considered. Flexibility is key in the hospitality sector and therefor our successful incumbent must be available to work weekends and public holidays. Strong leadership qualities with a fair and nurturing attitude is desired.
KEY Requirements: South African ID holder. Qualified Somatologist / Health & Skin Care Therapist. Reside within Cape Town & surrounds or easy travel distance with your own reliable transport. Existing managerial experience within Hotel/Spa or Cruise Ship environment. Computer literate with confidence in booking/ reporting software.
