Junior Receptionist Position, Randburg, Johannesburg. We are urgently looking for a vibrant, responsible junior receptionist to join our team. The role is suited for a dynamic individual, who is eager to learn and can multi-task. Please note that we are looking for candidates who are available to start immediately.

Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Trustworthy. Confident. Punctual. Multi-tasking capabilities. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Willing to work on  some weekends, and public holidays (Overtime payment provided). Police Clearance Certificate (If available – alternatively application can be done).

Duties: Answer busy switchboard and direct calls. Take messages and pass them on to the relevant parties. Assist clients with general enquiries and general information. Client liaison. Correspondence with suppliers (Both telephonic and electronic). Greet and welcome guests.

Adhoc admin duties: Montior and respond to WhatsApp messages. Capturing services rendered on system, invoicing. Receive payments, manage outgoing payments, record receipts for services and handle and reconcile petty cash daily. (Police clearance required for this).

Start Date: 11 January 2021

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-16:30. Salary: R6500-R8500.
