Store Butchery Manager, Worcester, Cape Winelands. Our client a leading player in the Meat Industry, is in urgent need of a store butchery manager, to effectively run their Store. Must be available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities: Manage the entire Shop operations ordering and receiving. Staff Management ( at least 20 staff). Block Testing- Pricing, GP calculations etc. Increasing GP. Cash Ups / mgt. Managing Cash in transit activities. Shop Displays. Customer Relations- Managing customer complaints etc. Health and Safety etc.

Qualifications: Grade 12. Meat qualification. Driver's License. Own Vehicle.
