The right candidate needs to have the following: previous experience in similar position is a must. good communication skills and must work well in a team, must be able to do stock take and orders, previous experience in management programs and doing bookings, must be able to handle all staff and staff areas, must be willing to stand in anywhere to help team, must be neat and well mannered, must be able to work with guests at guesthouse, willing to work shifts and weekends, must have own transport and driver's license.
