Food Specialist, Centurion, Pretoria / Tshwane.

This position will be calling on all Caltex/Starmart and Freshstop/Caltex Outlets in Inland region and will be involved in the re-launch/re-branding of Starmart Stores to Freshstop Stores. You will be responsible for ensuring that Franchisees apply our group’s Food Safety principles, Food Preparation Guidelines and Recipes. They will assist/train Franchisees and their staff in facets of Food Preparation, Costing and recipe specifications. This position will be based at our Freshstop/Caltex Division in Inland region, Centurion and will report directly to the Freshstop/Caltex Operations Manager and National Food Brands Manager.
