We are looking to recruit a responsible Kitchen Helper / Cleaner to maintain clean and hygienic conditions in the play area and kitchen as to assist the Head Chef in preparation and execution of products.

Duties And Responsibilities: Follow recipes, controls, portion, and presentation specifications as set by the outlet. Assume responsibility for quality of the products that is served. Handle multiple orders in a timely manner. Follow proper washing, sanitation, hygiene and safety procedures. Assemble and disassemble equipment. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store-in-Charge or Supervisor. Ensure floor is free from food debris. Ensure rubbish bins are changed as required and not overflowing. Ensure takeaway packaging is stocked up. All chillers and freezers are clean. Flexible approach towards company is expected.
