We have a vacancy for a candidate in the Back Office team whose primary function will be to support the Call Centre by being the middle man between the client and credit providers.

Requirements: Matric, Fully computer literate, Strong administration background, Very good excel skills, Ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills - Afrikaans and English written and verbal skills.

Good attention to detail. Work independently with little supervision. Trust worthy can work in team. Must be able to start ASAP. Successful completion of Debt counselling course would be advantageous. Knowledge of the NCA would be advantageous.
