Beauty Therapist, Highlands North, Johannesburg. We’re looking for a passionate and talented beauty therapist who also has good experience in Brow Threading for a full time position, starting ASAP. Living in, or close to, Norwood.

The successful candidate must be immaculately groomed, professional in manner, highly detail-orientated, customer centric, hygienic and be able to confidently retail Dermalogica and Environ. A strong work ethic and proactive approach to solving problems is essential.

Key skills needed:

Able to: Accurately analyse guests needs and offer all treatments expected of grading level, carried out to the highest possible quality level. Maintain a hygienic working environment. Advise guests on the appropriate treatment according to their needs. Advise guests on the appropriate retail products for home care. Actively up-sell and cross sell treatments and retail products. Maintain and care for equipment and work tools entrusted to you.

Regularly attend and participate in the required training modules. Always maintain a positive, friendly and empathetic relationship with all guests. Work as a proactive, team-player and cope well under pressure within the confines of a very busy store. Work well with franchisee to achieve sales, service and business objectives. Assist from time to time in additional general operational work, as required.

To qualify, you must have: Minimum of 2 years working experience. Accredited Beauty Degree or Diploma qualification. A passion for great service. South African ID, Aslam Visa or valid work permit. Strong sales record. Previous experience in Dermalogica, Sorbet and Environ prefereable.
