Senior Administration Clerk - Northern Suburbs, Plattekloof, Northern Suburbs. Company Name: Big G Group. A position has arisen in our accounting office for a Senior Administration Clerk and we are looking for a suitable candidate to commence with immediate effect.

Your responsibilities will include: Monthly Management Accounts. Processing of Journals. Bookkeeping up to Balance Sheet. Processing of Monthly Accruals. Assistance with Budgets and Budget Review Packs. Performing General Ledger Account Reconciliations. Rental Reconciliations. Expense Allocations. Obtaining of Daily Figures from the various Stores. Capturing/Importing of Bank Statements into Pastel Accounting. Importing of Weekly PPIM files - obtained from the various stores into Pastel Accounting.

Distribution of Proof of Payments to Suppliers. Completion of Credit Application Forms. Submission of Figures to Head Office. Handling of Queries. Processing of Invoices. Liaising with Respective Stores. Assistance during the Interim and Annual Audit Process. VAT Reporting to the Accounting Office for Submission. SARS e-filing. May be required to perform additional ad hoc duties as required withing the Company.

Attributes Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Work well under pressure. Accuracy and attention to detail. Deadline driven. Problem solving skills.

Qualifications: Matric and at least 3 years experience in a similar position. Computer proficiency pertaining to MS Office is a prerequisite. Advanced Excel skills. Pastel Accounting (Version 17) experience is a prerequisite.

Remuneration: Market Related.
