IT Assistant

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Providing technical support across the company

Setting up accounts for new users

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Testing new technology

Maintain computer maintenance and computer network systems of the Company such as LAN, E-mail, Internet and related equipment

Advanced in handling the Etisalat / du network providers

Monitoring the continuous operation and health of the office IT environment

Maintaining IT environment documentation, like the IT Asset Register and laptop pool; identifying, suggesting and implementing IT improvements

Ensure each workstation has updated versions of applications, Antivirus etc.

Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software

Support end-users through phone, remotely and directly

Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation

Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Experience:

IT: 2 years (Preferred)
