Overall responsibility of the position: Manages all operational activities of the centre including staffing, facilities, coordination with learners and stakeholders. Develops corporate training Centre strategies and initiatives that reflect the organizational goals. Prepares business plans that support the operation of the Centre and adheres to budget. Collaborate with educational institutions to provide additional or specialized training. Supervision of the trainers and instructors.

Key Roles And Responsibilities Of The Position: Managers the day-to-day performance of the training centre. Ensuring targets are met through advertising for various. modules within the training centre. Ensuring classes are fully functioning. Facilitation of classes as and when required. Monthly reporting to the Director.

Knowledge, Experience & Other Requirements: Well organized Have ability and agility. 3-5 years’ experience with Plumbing and/or training. Good communication etiquette. Managerial skills. Have experience with the construction SETA (CETA). Able to facilitate various programmes.
