Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills: Describe and advise on wine selection, Present, open, pour and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware, Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
Additional Skills: Customer service oriented, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Supervise other servers and bussing staff, Schedule staff, Train staff
