MAIN DUTIES
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Determine type of services to be offered, Implement operational procedures, Balance cash, Control inventory, Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Respond to customer complaints, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Develop, implement and analyze budgets, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Recruit and hire staff, Train staff, Conduct performance reviews, Supervise staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Completion of a college or other related to hospitality or food beverage service management program is preferred; or minimum of 3 years related experience
 Able to communicate in Chinese and English
JOB TYPE: Full-Time
SALARY; $18.50/HR
