Only persons with min 5 years’ management experience in the 4-5 star market need apply. The applicant must be self-motivated and be able to manage others. He/she will be responsible for the smooth running of the whole property when the GM is unavailable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are key and be customer orientated with a bubbly personality. Knowledge of foreign languages and wine will be an advantage.

The successful applicant will need to be a detail person, reliable, prepared to work shifts and weekends and thrive under stress. Own transport is essential. Hands-on experience in housekeeping, front office and F&B is a must on your CV.
