Tender Administrator/ Office Admin Pretoria, Menlyn Park, Pretoria / Tshwane. Civil Engineering company seeks a TENDER Administrator/ Office Assistant to urgently join their team.

All office administration, Reception, Compiling and submitting invoices, Managing travel arrangements, Minute taking Formulating powerpoint presentations' Travel to tender meetings at various municipalities including outlying areas i.e. Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West (OWN CAR ESSENTIAL)

Assist with drawing up letters. Download tender documents, update tender calender. Collating and submitting supplier database applications. Accurate tender input of tender milestone dates into the tender tracker.

Requirements: Matric, Own Vehicle (Willing to travel), Office administration qualification, Advanced on MS Office Suite, Extensive experience in tender administration, Excellent report writing, Must have previous secretarial experience in a Civil Engineering Environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

Salary: R18,000.00 - R23,000.00 per month
