Our company is urgently seeking an experienced and competent receptionist to manage our front desk and perform various administrative and clerical tasks. Main tasks include:
Answering, screening and forwarding calls
Receiving job orders from clients
Coordinating with staff on fulfillment of job orders
Updating CRM system accordingly (training will be provided)
Maintaining appropriate documentation for all job orders and monitoring logbook
Tracking delivery of documentation to client
Following up with client regarding upcoming appointments
Keeping a safe and clean reception area
Requirements:
Proven work experience in a similar position (reference must be available)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Hand on experience with office equipment (including card printing machines)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and problem solving attitude
Ability to coordinate with staff
Customer service, especially over the phone/email as most of our clients don’t come into the office
